And great to hear the Zebra just taking it not full-out racing and having some fun!Froggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02269761005612834052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2189875022254484779.post-39812705263342903692021-12-07T07:24:16.970-05:002021-12-07T07:24:16.970-05:00This is so much fun! I don't think you need to be an RRCA coach, especially if you're coaching someone you know well. Sounds like you did great! I'm looking forward to his recap.Wendy at Taking the Long Way Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09934786207724059919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2189875022254484779.post-37040427700930562012021-12-06T22:01:58.336-05:002021-12-06T22:01:58.336-05:00I'd love to see a Greg post on here and to see...I'd love to see a Greg post on here and to see what he has to say!! Also as for your time.. you've been doing a lot and obviously started your first miles at a different pace than you would run if you were racing so it all makes sense.

The third thing is also getting to be spectator. A friend of mine whose not a runner at all but a hard core weed smoker, was my ride when I did the Mount Washington Road race and afterwards he said he thought it would be dull and boring but it was interesting and fun to watch the people run up the mountain and run hard into the finish. I just love my fellow runners and like to see them do well and finish strong!!

I also love the way you two manage things and how some days you race the same course and other days he's your cheerleader and then you are his cheerleader!! Greg, make a guest post, we want to hear from your awesomeness as well!! I hope to one day meet you both, depending on all these race vaccine mandates (NYRR just put one in for every single one of their races, yes eye roll to that, we are outdoors, hello.) Anyway, I'll shush before someone attacks me for my views and being unvaxxed!!

Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16727212475858505605noreply@blogger.com
