You are crushing all the races so gotta eat all the cake, right? <br /><br />Honestly, when I started reading and saw your goal of 20:17 I was like, you could surely run sub-20 in 2017 not 20:17. And I definitely think you can, you're on the way with this race and in the heat. So much planning and precision goes into a 5K. It is shorter than a half marathon or marathon, uses different systems and even the slightest bit of being off pace can throw the whole race off. But you took a chance and went for it in that first mile, you didn't get sucked in or drop off pace. Great job!!
