So even if it's a warm day, at least the sun shouldn't be an issue until the last hour.Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06265175590096078175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2189875022254484779.post-24920398189483795912016-12-26T10:28:21.565-05:002016-12-26T10:28:21.565-05:00Yes, we will all have to meet up. My BQ time is 3:40 and all the race calculators are predicting a 3:16-3:18 for me! LOL. Plus you have a nice balance of different workouts and races in there.

I think it's so funny meeting me is listed in your reasons to run MB, haha. I told my friend B who read your book that you were planning on MB and we were like yay, we will finally get to meet her! My friend Melissa is planning to run the half with me and I think she wants to meet you too as she's also a blogger.

It's a very flat and fast race... almost everyone I know who BQs, BQs at Myrtle Beach. You can do it... you have a solid base and the mental strength to go for it. Good luck! I wouldn't recommend anyone try 7 days a week unless they've built up to it over years. I handled thus volume quite well last spring and I think I will again, but only for 2-3 months.Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06265175590096078175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2189875022254484779.post-25880493697124950552016-12-25T13:37:20.150-05:002016-12-25T13:37:20.150-05:00wooo!
